As a token of appreciation for loyal players, ceri123 offers a tiered VIP program that delivers genuine privileges — not just a label. From higher cashback and personal account managers to monthly luxury gifts, every VIP tier is designed so you feel a real difference.
Each tier unlocks different privileges. The higher the tier, the greater the rewards that await.
Clearly see the gap between each tier and the benefits waiting ahead.
More than just bonuses – ceri123 VIP privileges are designed to make every gaming session easier and more rewarding.
Receive automatic weekly cashback based on your net losses, with no manual claiming required. The percentage increases with your VIP tier.
Gold members and above receive a dedicated personal account manager reachable directly via WhatsApp – ready to assist with deposits, withdrawals, and exclusive promotions.
VIP member withdrawal requests are processed first in the priority queue — typically completed in under 5 minutes, with no need to wait in the standard queue.
Every VIP member receives a birthday bonus that scales with their tier — from RM 50 for Bronze up to RM 5,000 for Diamond, credited automatically.
Earn loyalty points faster with multipliers that scale with your VIP tier. Points can be redeemed for free credits, free spins, or exclusive merchandise.
Platinum and Diamond members receive exclusive invitations to high-prize tournaments, new game launch events, and chances to win luxury getaways.
Every wager you place accumulates loyalty points redeemable for a range of exciting rewards.
Every RM 10 wagered on Slot Games or Fish Shooting Games earns 1 loyalty point. The multiplier increases with your VIP tier — Diamond members earn 5 points per RM 10.
Table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette earn 0.5 points per RM 10 wagered. Live Casino with real dealers awards 0.75 points per RM 10.
100 loyalty points can be redeemed for RM 1 in gaming credits. Redemption is done directly from your account page – no minimum redemption required, and credits are applied instantly.
Accumulated loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date earned. Consistent account activity can extend this validity period. VIP tier upgrades do not forfeit existing points.
The ceri123 system automatically tracks your cumulative deposits. Once you reach the next tier threshold, your account is upgraded within 24 hours and all new benefits are immediately activated.
Your VIP tier is maintained for 3 months even with reduced activity, giving you the freedom to take a break without risking the status and benefits you've worked hard to earn.
Create a ceri123 account for free. Every new account starts at Bronze tier automatically upon making the first deposit.
Deposit via FPX, TNG eWallet, DuitNow, or crypto. Every ringgit deposited counts cumulatively toward your VIP eligibility.
Play your favourite games and accumulate loyalty points. The more actively you play, the faster you climb to higher VIP tiers.
The ceri123 system upgrades your VIP tier automatically. New benefits are immediately activated — no application or customer support contact required.
Many players have been "VIP members" on other platforms, only to find the label means very little — minimal cashback, restrictive rollover requirements, and sluggish customer support that make the VIP experience feel like nothing more than a gimmick. ceri123 takes a different approach from the ground up: our VIP program is built on real feedback from Malaysian players, not a copy-paste formula imported from overseas markets.
What stands out most is transparency. Every benefit promised at each tier is real, measurable, and automatically credited — no claiming required. No complicated application forms, no hidden conditions, and no unreasonable waiting periods. Once you qualify, the benefits go straight into your account.
One of the most valued benefits among ceri123 VIP members is the personal account manager. For Gold members and above, you have a dedicated individual ensuring your gaming experience runs smoothly. Have an issue with a deposit? Reach out directly. Want to know the latest promotions that suit your playing style? Just ask. This is not an automated bot — it's a real person who understands your needs.
For most players, withdrawal speed is the top concern when choosing a platform. ceri123 understands this and makes fast withdrawals one of the core advantages of its VIP program. Bronze members already enjoy faster withdrawals than standard accounts, while Diamond members get withdrawals processed in under 5 minutes – including late nights and weekends.
Daily withdrawal limits increase dramatically by tier. Diamond members have no daily withdrawal limit at all, meaning you can withdraw as much of your wins as you want without any restrictions. This is especially important for serious players who wager consistently in large amounts.
Ceri123 Platinum and Diamond members enjoy more than just digital perks. The platform regularly sends physical gifts to its top VIP members – from premium branded accessories to popular Malaysian store gift cards. Diamond members are also eligible for fully sponsored exclusive holiday invitations, where you can unwind and connect with fellow VIP players from across the country.
Personal surprises are also a hallmark of the ceri123 VIP program. Your account manager may unexpectedly credit a special bonus on your partner's birthday, or offer extra free spins on a day when luck isn't on your side. This personal touch is what makes the ceri123 VIP experience feel like you're valued as an individual, not just a number in the system.
Ceri123 believes a great VIP program isn't just about giving more — it's also about ensuring players stay within limits they're comfortable with. VIP members retain full access to all responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. Personal account managers are also trained to identify signs of problem gambling and will offer discreet support whenever needed.
Your VIP status will not be affected if you choose to take a temporary self-exclusion break. This is ceri123's commitment to player well-being — because players who game responsibly are players who will continue to enjoy the platform for the long term.
Important Note: The ceri123 VIP Program is exclusively for individual players aged 18 and above. VIP tiers and associated benefits are subject to the full terms and conditions available on the Terms & Conditions page. ceri123 reserves the right to modify the program terms at any time with reasonable notice.
Malaysia has an increasingly mature and knowledgeable online gaming community. Players know how to tell the difference between platforms that genuinely value loyal members and those that use the "VIP" label purely as a marketing tool. ceri123 has built its reputation on trust, transparency, and reliability – and this VIP program is the clearest expression of that commitment.
From Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru, from Penang to Sabah and Sarawak – many ceri123 players have made the journey from Bronze all the way to Diamond, and they stay because they know they are valued. In an industry this competitive, loyalty deserves to be properly rewarded – and that is exactly what ceri123 delivers through its VIP program.
